These rules apply to any and all users regardless of title, amount of posts, or anything else.
RULE #1Administrators have the final say in any and all situations. Moderators will act in this capacity whenever an Administrator is not available. Thus, needless to say: all members of the staff are to be respected. This site has been made so you can roleplay in the zombie world and talk about the other things throught the forum,
not so you can verbally bash somebody. Disobeying this rule can result in reprimands such as banning or deactivation/deletion of your account depending on the severity and number of times you have been warned for breaking this rule.
RULE #2No verbal harassement of other users. All people are to be respected equally on this site and thus you are not allowed to harasse them via PM or on the main message board. If you are reported for this then you will be reprimanded by losing PMing ability, deactivation/deletion of your account, or temporary banning of your account depending on the severity and number of times you are reported for doing such an act.
RULE #3No illegal activities of any degree are endorsed by this site. If you attempt to sell illegal merchandise such as medicine requiring a perscription, weapons with automatic capability, explosives, marijuana, or any other substance/item which is not approved of by the U.S government you will be banned the first time if it is minor and have your account deleted if it is major or your second offence. There are absolutely no exceptions to this rule. Any and all violaters will be punished as was stated. If we are contacted by authorities and asked if somebody of a certain alias uses our site, we will not hold any information from them so be smart, don't break the law.
RULE #4Swearing is allowed. I am not your mom, I do not control how you choose to word frustration or surprise. I do, however, choose if you can use it out of the roleplay as a means of insult and you can't. You will be reprimanded with post deletion and warnings until your fourth offence when you will recieve a temporary ban which the duration of will be decided upon by the Marshalls and the Deputy Marshalls who handled the situation. A rule of thumb should be followed here: if you wouldn't say it to them every day in person, why say it online? You are probably only swearing because you know there is nothing they can physically do in response. In roleplays however, it is up to the decision of the thread-maker on the extent that is allowed in the roleplay.
RULE #5Sex scenes are allowed. As I said with language, I am not your mother and so I can't control what you read online. If you registered on to this site, you better be prepared for any consequences that follow. However, since the roleplay will be taking place in a zombie-infested world there probably won't be too much, if any, sex scenes. It is up to the thread-maker on how far you can go if you feel the sudden urge to put your character in such a situation.
RULE #6Even though staff names are colored, you may be contacted via e-mail by somebody claiming to be a member of the staff asking for your password.
DO NOT GIVE IT TO THEM!!!! We do not need your password and we will never ask for it. The Administrators are the only ones who handle accounts and maintenance which the user cannot perform. We are already able to access your account (a bit unnerving, I know) and would never require your e-mail password, account password, or any other information like that. Thus, if somebody asks for your account password, simply report them to the Administrators or Moderators and they will be swiftly dealt with.
